The 240 is designed for riders with the most extreme ambitions. You have the choice whether you want to count on the 240 with a weight advantage from the DT Swiss Ratchet EXP system or with the small engagement angle of the patent pending DT Swiss Ratchet DEG. The EXP system offers fewer parts and is available in 36 and 54 teeth. Ratchet DEG offers 90 teeth, but also ensures the well-known reliability thanks to its larger design.

Special Three decades edition Build a unique pair of wheels with the Three decades edition 240 hub and its design based on the legendary Hügi hub. This limited edition is equipped with the ultra-fast engaging Ratchet DEG system.
Ratchet EXP and Ratchet DEG The 240 hub is available with the lighter Ratchet EXP freehub system or with the Ratchet DEG high-engagement system.
Ratchet EXP The lightest freehub system from DT Swiss.
Ratchet DEG The fastest engaging freehub system from DT Swiss, with 90-toothratchets. Its innovative construction allows bearing replacement without special tools, as the threaded ring does not have to be removed.
High compatibility The 240 hub is available in CLASSIC and straightpull, in the common standard dimensions and with the common freehub systems.
